The regular season is over! The playoffs are next up and the teams this round battled for double points which decided the fate of the teams, who would sit out or who gets another chance to keep their season alive and play for the ultimate goal.
Div 1
Dellys Disciples took the game second half from the Foy Boys in a game that started close but ended one sided. Top scorers in this game were, Sean Q ( 19 ) top scoring for his team, & Brodie ( 17 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Finbar M ( 11 ) , & Adrian Galang ( 8 ) . Dellys Disciples topping off a great season with a win to clinch the 3rd spot. Sean Q stepped up again going to work down low and putting up some numbers from jumpers. Brodie wasnt far behind in scoring and was able to convert most of his looks for an efficient statline. Fin and Adrian did the bulk of the work for Foy Boys hitting floaters and some 3s to try stay within range to come back and try and get stops against Dellys Disciples , but it wasnt to be this round and they went down. Foy Boys in 4th and Delly sin 3rd.

Shaqtin a Fools matched up well against Lights Out in this round which would result in a great match. Top point getters in this game were, Will P ( 28 ) leading his team & Joe Pujic ( 14 ) . The other teams' top scorers were; Jake L ( 19 ) , & Seth G & Mitch Brown ( 8ea ) . Shaqtin a Fools take on their arch nemisis in this top of the table clash to finish off the season. Will P and Joe were great with 42 in the win combined that did the trick in the 2nd half as Shaqtin a Fools ran away with the lead and got the win securing the 1st rank in the season on the back of a 7 game win streak to cap the season off! Lights Out had some great looks and Jake L was making them count, punishing the D with jumpers inside and out. Setha nd Mitch kept up the hustle on the break and that should have been enough but they coudlnt stop the hot shooting from Shaqtn this round. Lights Out in 2nd to finish the season!

Black Cats grinded out a win in back and forth match vs Raining 3s who always bring their game. Top performers in this game were, Sam B ( 26 ) leading the way & Josh H ( 20 ) . Their opponents had top scorers too, and they were; Jake ( 12 ) , & Ryan Green ( 10 ) . Black Cats doing what they need to do to win and this time is was score a bunch of points, almost 50 points between Sam and Josh was the tipping factor in this win as they went to work from all angles, Josh cleaning up down low and getting buckets from wherever the D gave him. Sam was huge, running the point and exploiting the defense every run down the court for his big night. Raining 3s had Jake and Ryan combine for 22 in the loss as they fought hard to claw back from being down early in the 2nd half to which they never recovered. Raining 3s land in 8th spot, the last qualifying spot! Black Cats finish up in 1st place on a 3 game win streak!

KS Buckets werent going to stand down against Gong Heavy in a grind of a game coming right down to the last few minutes to decide the winner. Top scorers in this game were, Freddie F ( 23 ) getting the team high in points & Dylan P ( 10 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Jake E ( 23 ) leading his squad , & Cody C ( 13 ) . Gong Heavys 7 game win streak is busted! KS Buckets having its work cut out against one of the top ranks, and they stepped up big time with some tough scoring plays by Freddie who equalled game high with his show of outside shots and drives to the hoop for some slick finishes. Dylan P helped out also in the win as he scrapped and kept his eye on the hoop to play well for his team. Jake E and Cody had a solid game but they just fell short in the end despite putting up 36 between them but needed a few more possessions to go their way. KS Buckets end up in the 6th and Gong Heavy slipped to 3rd going into playoffs.

Double Dribble had better offense than the defense of their opponent, Wolverines in a game that had the winners go on scoring runs that werent answered in time. Top scorers in this game were, Dez DE Rooy ( 18 ) getting team high in the win & Jayke Zimmerman ( 14 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Bryan Frew ( 19 ) stepping up for his team , & Ethan Sinclair ( 10 ) . Double Dribble going hard for the last game and double points as they look down the tough Wolverines crew who were looking to turn the last few games around and get a win. But too many turnovers cost them this game, Byran F and Ethan pushed the ball inside and looked for gaps to keep the scoring going, but they couldnt get stops giving them the chllenge of keeping up with the Double Dribble scoring barrage. Double Dribble had Jaybe and Dez chuck in 32 combined in the win as they worked their way inside at each chance and was able to convert many of their looks. Wolverines end up in 5th and Double Dribble sit just above them in 4th!

Headless Bronnies matched up well against Buckled Knees in a game that started close but ended one sided. Top scorers in this game were, Jaryd Turner ( 21 ) leading the way & Ben Lewis ( 12 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Scott Murphy ( 12 ) , & Joel Scott ( 8 ) . Headless Bronnies having a great game and doing the right things to keep the ball moving to the team and getting evryone involved. Jayrd was on fire and led the game in scoring getting great looks to go down, putting pressure of the defense and making them commit to his fakes time again. Ben slotted in a few of each type of shot and helped out big time on the boards to overcome the constant scoring from Buckled Knees. Scotty and Joel hit 20 points combined this game as they kept up the attack on the inside and the break to get points for Buckled Knees. The 2nd half was dominated by Headless Bronnies giving them the win and the 7th rank to finish out the season. Buckled Knees end up in 2nd place after being in the upper ranks all season.

Joshs Lil Ballers had its work cut out against Crep Kings 1 and luckily scraped up a solid close out victory Top scorers in this game were, Ed Atko ( 21 ) top scoring for his team, & Joshua Hinton ( 7 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Jaz M ( 15 ) , & Charlie L ( 11 ) . Crep Kings 1s 11 game undefeated streak is over! Joshs Lil Ballers felt like its time to get into play off mode, and they were locked in with Ed and Josh putting in 28 combined, Ed doing the most of the scoring, being agressive on the inside and nailing his jumpers to lead the way past Jaz and Charlie who had luck against the zone D geting inside and scoring. The 1st place Crep Kings have been domainant all season and now finally cop a defeat at the hands of a great team that could surprise all in the playoffs, the Joshs Lil Ballers who finish up in 2nd!

Dads Army wins a resounding victory over the unlucky The Bandicoots and treated it like a playoff game Top scorers in this game were, Wayne J ( 14 ) leading his team & Glenn B ( 13 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Liam O ( 14 ) , & Conor HG ( 12 ) .Dads Army crept up the ladder quickly this double points round as they sneak a win on The Bandicoots who usually bring some tough D and this game was no different. Wayne J and Glenn B were the duo that put in work and hit some tough shots inside to combine for 27. The rest of the team locked in and got some crucial stops down the stretch, enough to take hte momentum from The Bandicoots. Chili and Conor led the way for The Bandicoots as they took turns in putting buckets on the heads of the defense and ket the game close . THe 3 point gap in the end was all that separated the 2 teams as Dads Army take the W and 3rd spot. The Bandicoots in 5th to finish up the season as playoffs are upon them!

Orange Peelers gets the W in a much needed and hard fought game versus Bank Shootaz who struggled to break the defense to get buckets. Top scorers in this game were, Amura ( 19 ) leading his team & 0mar Nemer ( 4 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Nathan R ( 10 ) , & Jasper S ( 10 ) . Orange Peelers 4 game losing streak is over! Bank Shootaz came out looking for the drive and the guards were pushing things into the paint to try and get some quick easy buckets. Nathan R was hooping hard again forcing the defense to move quick of get caught up with some blinding moves to the cup. Jasper was doing great on clean up down in the blocks as he collected many boards and some points that helped soften the damage. Orange Peelers needed a good game from their leading man, Amura was confident with his shots and put up from high arcing 3s to keep the buckets coming in and prevented Bank Shootaz from getting back the lead in the 2nd half. Orange Peelers end up in 4th now and Bank Shootaz just miss out on the playoffs due to win percentage.

Illawarriors took the game second half from the Crep Kings 2 in this round which would result in a great match. Top scorers in this game were, Jake D ( 13 ) leading the way & Michael K ( 8 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Brandon L ( 10 ) , & Harrison W & Braith P ( 8ea ) . Illawarriors having to keep up the hustle and intensity all game to get this win, Jake D and Michael K doing what they need to do to dominate the game with 21 combined, hitting some tough shots and some close calls as they wanted this win badly! Brandon Harrison and Braith stepped up and combined for 26 in the loss which they just let go in the final minutes letting Illawarriors creep ahead and keep the lead till the end. Crep Kings end up in 4th spot and Illawarriors in 2nd!

ButskaTech just able to get the win by a bucket or so vs White men cant jump in a physical matchup that will set the tone for next time. Top scorers in this game were, Alex M ( 19 ) top scoring for his team, & Brock R ( 7 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Richard T ( 16 ) , & Joshua B ( 10 ) . ButskaTechs 6 game winless streak is busted! ButskaTech having fun with this game, till the final minutes then it was time to lock in, and they were able to get some good buckets from Alex M, as well as back to back 3s from Brock to get ahead in score and hold out in the final minutes and win. White men cant jump were doing 1st half commanding a tidy lead through Richard Ts drives and Josh Bs clean ups on the inside. But it all came down to the last couple of plays, and ButskaTech were able to get ahead on a couple of good stops at the end that turned the game and gifted them their first in in UBL! they end up in 5th , just outsifde of playoffs qualification but had a good start to the their first stint in UBL! White men cant jump have had a great season and ended up in first which they have been in for a while and look to keep up their strong play in the coming weeks..
