1st ranked Scoregasms took the game second half from the 2nd place Towradgi Rattlesnakes and went back to the locker room with a solid Win. Top scorers in this game were, Nick G ( 28 ) top scoring for his team, & Steven M ( 26 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Lachlan Evans ( 17 ) , & Seth P ( 18 ) .
1st quarter Scoregasms wanted to run and got out as soon as the tip went, Nick G was particularly active on offense going for 13 in the quarter a huge part of the mid quarter run which allowed them to be up by 9 after 12 minutes, The pace was controlled by Scoregasms who pushed it up the court every chance they got, and with Charlie controlling the boards with Ben K it was a good quick start for them. Rattlesnakes had Jack and Seth start to heat up and get som run on, but they werent able to stop the floaters or limit Nick this quarter and had a hole to dig themselves out of after this quarter.
2nd quarter Scoregasms seemed a little gassed after the hot start and let Rattlesnakes back into the game a bit, Jackson L putting in some nice buckets and free throws to come up big and try keep things close. They were able to get within 5 points of them after this half and looked to keep up the pace and hopefully creep ahead in the next one. Scoregasms got some big shots out of Steven M with the 3 ball landing for him as the started warming up and looking for his shot.
3rd quarter Nick and Steve reactivated again for Scoregasms . Steve was going off with 13 points in the quarter hitting 3 threes to get Scoregasms back into the groove again and win the quarter by 2, keeping the lead and fending off Rattlesnakes attacks from Dr Lach and Seth who were attacking the inside and putting up threes despite the defense piling in. At this point Scoregasms up by 7 as they went into the final 12 mins.
4th quarter Scoregasms able to keep the scoring going in and the defense getting enough stops to equal the Scoregasms in most categories but the big difference was the rebounds, at this point, Scoregasms led the boards by 15 and were able to keep the lead out of reach for a tie as the time ticked away. Dr Lach getting some big buckets go this quarter with Jack and Jackson keeping up the effort despite the odds against them. Scorgasms outlast them and keep the lead! Taking their 3rd Division 1 championship in a row!
Scoregasms had some good performers, .Steven M with 26 points 5 threes and 6 boards, Nick G on 28 points a huge number in a big game, Charlie got 10 rebounds and Ben K outdid himself in the paint with 13 rebounds!
Towradgi Rattlesnakes had some big plays and scoring from Seth P who top scored for the team with 18 points and 5 assists with Jack C getting his doube double on with 12 points and 14 rebounds.Dr Lach ended up with 17 points and 4 boards making sure he left his mark on the game. Jackson L had 12 as the Towradgi Rattlesnakes go down this game.

5th place Hawks Crew werent going to stand down against 1st ranked Bucked Knees in this round which would result in a great match. Top point getters in this game were, Jordan Humphries ( 14 ) leading his team & Kyle W ( 9 ) . The other teams' top scorers were; Luke H ( 20 ) , & Scott Murphy ( 5 ) .
1st quarter Hawks Crew were on fire right off the bat, Jordan H getting his playoff mode on early with 11 points on 80% shotting to start things off with a bang. Luke H tried to answer back with some thres but only ablet to hand 1 as he led the tema in scoring with 4 in the quarter. Hawks Crew in the lead by 13 after 1 quarter.
2nd quarter Bucked Knees having a bit more luck on the offensive end as Scott and Brandon combined for 7 in the game so far, unable to get some consistent scoring going with the Hawks Crew smothering them on D. Bucked Knees only shooting 19% from the field so far giving Hawks Crew the 10 point lead still after 1 half. Bucked Knees cutting it by 3 which would only help their efforts i the 2nd half.
3rd quarter Hawks Crew got some good looks out of Kyle and Ken J who had 11 combined so far, Stu was big on the glass and finding gaps to get his shot up as he has 6 so far. Luke H from Bucked Knees leadin gthe game and the team with 16 at this point, the rest of the crew still looking for ways to score but not getting things going their way till late in the quarter when they made a quick run feeding the break. Hawks Crew only up by 5 after 3 quarters.
4th quarter Hawks Crew stayed strong on D, Bob spearheading the offense with some veteran point guarding, and the whole crew got involved by this point everyone scoring in the game showing a true team effort. Luke H was the spark on offense for Bucked Knees with 20 in the game hitting 5 three balls to keep things within range, but they ran out of time, and Hawks Crew came off with the win and their 2nd Div 2 chip!
Hawks Crew had some good performers, .Jordan H on 14 points and 6 rebounds on 67% shooting. Stu G on 9 rebounds and 6 points, and Kyle W with 9 points and 2 steals.
Bucked Knees had some big plays and scoring from Luke H on 20 points 3 assists and 5 rebounds, Scott M was on 5 points and 5 rebounds to help with the effort.

Watch RED ROCKETS vs TLE UNITED!

1st ranked Red Rockets gets the W in a much needed and hard fought game versus 2nd place TLE United couldnt stop the unselfish offense they were faced with this game. Top performers in this game were, Adam B ( 17 ) leading the way & Sam Manago ( 16 ) . Their opponents had top scorers too, and they were; Fletcher R ( 15 ) , & Mitch J ( 13 ) .
1st half Red Rockets were pushing things on the inside with their bigs doing some tough work insife getting boards and putting back from shots that rimmed out. Butch was big time in the half with 11 points and 4 rebounds, Sam M also had a good start with 9 points and 3 steals, the duo combining for 20 points. TLE United had a few of their players really start things well as mitch J put in 7 points and Fletch on 8 as they looked to score each time, Liam D with 3 assists in the quarter finding the right options each time. Red Rockets and TLE United pretty much locked at 20 in the end of the 1st half, the stats pretty much even also, TLE United shooting slightly better by 10%.
2nd half TLE United were able to get out and keep up the scoring through their main 2 Mtich and Fletch who woudl combine for 30 in the game through some tough plays and shots from outside. The contest from the other side was Sam and Adam and they were able to put in 33 in the win to dominate this game an score a chip,. the first in the Red Rockets franchise history! TLE United go home as runner ups this season after a valiant effort but experience won this one as Red Rockets closed out on free throws to clinch the win!
Red Rockets had some good performers. Adam B with 17 points 7 rebs, Sam M with 16 points and 5 steals. Jarrod B pulled in 8 rebounds in the win also!
TLE United had some big plays and scoring from Mtich J who shot 50% from the field and got a 15 points 11 rebound double double which was a great game for him stepping up in the grand finals. Fletch R put his name on this game with 15 points and some nice shots at crucial points of the game.

Watch NITROS vs FLIGHT TEAM!

1st place The Nitros shot the lights out against a helpless 2nd ranked Flight Team in a game that started close but ended one sided. Top scorers in this game were, Matt Clarke ( 32 ) getting the team high in points & Troy Grifith ( 9 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Kye Sawyer ( 14 ) leading his squad , & Noah Baroudi ( 13 ) .
1st half The Nitros were off to a good start, having the tallest playing the division helps as Matt C went to work with his layup drills, The Nitros defenders hanging off him trying to stop his path to the rim, a modest 17 point outlay in the 1st quarter making for a monster start for him. Kye S and Noah B were locked in and doing their things putting in buckets and ripping through defenders to the cup. But it was hard going but they kept the score within single digits to allow for a come back in the 2nd half. all stats even except for GF% which Nitos led by 17%
2nd half Flight Team threw everything they had at The Nitros despite the mounting foud trouble from trying to stop the twin towers, Troy G opening up some scoring on the Flight Team in teh 2nd half with 9 points and some nice free throws. Max and Asif combined for 16 as the game went on giving The Nitros the lead and the eventual champioship win!
Flight Team had some good performers, Noah B on 13 and 6 rebounds, 14 points and 7 rebs went to Kye S as the team did well to keep up in the first half whilst being undersized and outmatched. a tough efffort.
The Nitros had some big plays and scoring from Matt C with 32 points and 134 rebounds on 87% shooting. Troy G on 9 points 5 rebounds, Asif and Max combined for 16 and closed the door on a potential chip for Flight team this time around.
