Major round for top ranks facing off and the ladder getting some changes too, big efforts on the fast break from the lower ranked teams getting them 1 rank closer to the top!
Starting with Div1, the top ranks are now tied up as we saw some old rival and top of the table battled worth checking out!
KillaBeez started strong and got the jump on Multiple Scoregasm who sit low on the ladder and need a streak to come together. Alex P went to work in beast mode after hitting afew shots and kept going, owning this game with a great 22 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Will G in a will-der-beast performance in the paint and outside with some sharp shots going home w with 18 points worth of buckets in the win. whilst on the other team, Aidan & James UC wore the same jersey and also wore the same score…a 23 points on the sheet , Aron G getting stats from everywhere including 7 points but that wasnt enough to get his team over the line this time. . KillaBeez lost their first matchup with Multiple Scoregasm way early in the season and has won the last 2 matchups with them. Multiple Scoregasmwas on the catchup early game as mis 1st half the KillaBeez started putting in the ball at a high rate, Will G smashing down some 3s, Andy K on the inside and Dave and Mikey running the break giving KillaBeez the advantage and the win. Multiple Scoregasm did well in spurts, but once the scoring barrage started it was game. Multiple Scoregasm in equal 4th and KillaBeez in 3rd spot.
Chargers had its work cut out against Top Gun Agents Crew (TGAC) in a back and forth game holding the crowd in suspense Reggie K weaved through the zone D with some nice footwork finishing on 17 points to shut the defense down. . Tim S owning the glass and taking names in the post with 14 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. Despite a good effort by the other team as Oscar S scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 16 points recorded by the bench , Eddie 7 & Shane pitched in to add to the score with, 7 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Top Gun Agent Crews massive 9 game winning streak has finally been ended with the top of the table clash with the 2nd ranked Chargers who have now won 6 in a row and are equal 1st! Chargers and TGAC the 2nd and 1st rank respectively were due to take each other on, and it was all that we could expect from the top 2 going at it! Chargers were out of the gates strong with Reggie and Tim spearheadin the offense. TGAC did well on the break and on some nice inside plays, but couldn’t shut down the drives and well spaced offense from the Chargers who now sit in equal 1st spot with TGAC who copped a big hit to their streak but ready for the new one! Chargers look scary again, whos going to end their 6 game win streak?
The Bandwagoners gets the W in a much needed and hard fought versus Aces who struggled to break the defense to get buckets. Izaak W couldnt miss much as he led his team with 20 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Edward A ended up with an efficient 17 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Ben let it fly and hit more than missed with 15 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Konrad the recipient of some nice extra passes for open shots getting him 9 points on the sheet . Bandwagoners looking for a win this round and had Aces standing in their way. The mid range shot and thress were all happening for Bandwagoners and it wasn’t till alte game when Aces got a good flow of points coming through, but by that point it was too late. Bandwagoners Isaak picking up the load and putting the ball in many times with some nice sequences, ultimately getting the win for Bandwagoners who sit in equal 4th. Aces just out side of the playoff qualification by 3 points for now.
Div 2 saw some lower rank teams get a jump on their higher ranked opponents which brough either ends of the ladder closer together, making it a race for the playoffs with so many ranks up for grabs with every win!
Ultra Instinct had all their troops ready to do battle with Dream Team and was victorious this round, thanks to some players putting in work. Jake P played well as far as getting 12 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . Jordan P pulling up Js from the around the paint and beyond resulting in 11 points on the sheet even though from the other team, Nathan D couldnt miss much as he led his team with 16 points but a loss unfortunately , Jayke Z pitched in to add to the score with, 8 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Ultra Instincts 9 game winning streak has finally been ended! The basketball gods were on the side of Ultra instinct this game, as everything seemed to work and the game was mega close. Ultra Instinct freely shooting from deep and inside getting some good ones to go and the best coming right at the end by Jordan P who stepped up and hit the ice cold go ahead 3, a bank shot that was so clutch, it left Dream Team stunned! Ultra Instinct in 5th spot and Dream Team in 2nd now.
Wyangal Pirates pounced on the defense of opponents, the Heat Check and went back to the locker room with a solid Win. Sam B got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 23 points to get over the line. . Alex B focussed on the W, summoned his hustle to put in work for 15 points worth of buckets in the win. the only resistance coming from, Tyla T Snapping the wrist to perfection finding the bottom of the net for 14 points helping out with the teams offensive load. , Jake E ended up with an efficient 11 points but a loss unfortunately .Heat Check 3 game winning streak is over as they face the now equal 1st rank taking this game using their usual mid range and inside attacks backed up by some solid threes from Nick B. Heat Check have been killing it lately but had a real test this game with the bigger line up they were faced with. Heat check in 4th after this round.

Cream City gets the W in a much needed and hard fought versus The Whoopsy Fudge Stripes in a grind of a game coming right down to the last few minutes to decide the winner. Whilst on the other team, Lachlan W got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 20 points but a loss unfortunately , Jack O was feeling good with 10 points as he pitched in to add to the score. . Cream City and Whoopsy Fudge Stripes the top matchup of the div by rank and by the pace at which both teams move in the game. Whoopsy Fudge Stripes got out running as always and stifling the guards on defense, but the guards from Cream City protected the ball for the most part not allowing Whoopsy Fudge Stripes to get the lead after leading by 9 points at the half. The 32 -14 run a huge come back from Cream City closed out by Tom and Ken with some big plays! Whoopsy Fudge Stripes and Cream City now locked in rank for the first spot with Pirates too!
Div 3 saw some favorites in rank win this round, but some matched which weren’t meant to go by plan as the underdog teams stepped up and defied the odds!
Bricklayers got a good first ever win on the forever hustling Fighting Mongooses in this round which would result in a great match. William P heat checked after hitting afew shots and kept going, owning this game with a great 21 big ones to conlclude the mission . Ethan B slotted in some 3s with some tidy finishes also to get 20 points on the sheet which simply outscored the other teams leaders being, Matty B points from slashing and finding the gaps in the zone D. 17 points recorded by the bench , Zac pulling in much needed offensive rebounds as well as 14 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Bricklayers have been doing it tough this season, trying to work all their assets in together, and its final working as they take down the mighty Mongooses this game with some big scores by Ethan and Will P who was just on fire with his scoring not allowing Mongooses to get their usual lead by pushing th ball inside and hitting open shooting mid range. Bricklayers were more hungry this game and hustled hard and hit the shots that they needed to get the edge. Bricklayers in equal 5th and Mongooses in 3rd.
Feel Team 6 shot the lights out against a helpless PuntHub in a game that started close but ended one sided. Bryce K beasted hard this game finishing on a great 12 points to ensure they get the win this round. Cody C ended up with an efficient 8 points to get over the line. simply out working the other scorers being, Bryce W scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 13 points in this game. , Darcy E played well as far as getting 5 points in the loss . Feel Team 6 came out strong with Bryce K getting hyped up and ready to ball out of control hitting the first 7 points to steal momentum and give Feel Team 6 the win despite some crafty scoring by the other Bryce who almost won the battle of Bryce’s. PuntHub 7th now and Feel Team 6 just above in 6th.
The Generals knew what they had to do against Parrots who struggled to break the defense to get buckets. Kyle W channelled Kobe and wanted the win this time, getting 15 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . Jordyn 10 & Bennett R played hard and got the same score on the sheet, with 10 points in the big dominating victory. combining for a a good total to out do the eventual defeated, whos scorers were; Sam T couldnt miss much as he led his team with 10 points but a loss unfortunately , Liam let it fly and hit more than missed with 8 points worth of buckets in the loss.. Generals have been on a rampage and have unleashed the scoring abilities of their troops who have been closing out games by getting on the break and working the mid range game. This time Parrots were unable to stop them, despite some goods coring runs by passing the ball around. Generals able to get stops when they needed them and now sit in 3rd rank just above the Parrots who are in 4th.
Fighting Ducks ,right out of the gates, jumped on the Fun Guys and put up alot of unanswered buckets to mount up the lead and the win. Sam B with an epic performance and great score of 16 points worth of buckets in the win. . Ivan C helped out with the load getting 16 point performance. simply taking over and stifling most of their scorers expect for, Marley F let it fly and hit more than missed with 9 points recorded by the bench , Kye W getting stats from everywhere including 8 points but a loss unfortunately . Fighting Ducks keep on fighting and are fighting off the lower ranked teams to keep their claim for the top spot, only 1 point away from it now after this win. Fun Guys in trouble from the start as the Fighting Ducks locomotive came rolling through their town with many weapons that ehy jst couldn’t stop at once. Fighting Ducks were shooting well and grabbing rebounds but had to give some up to Marley who was super active in the paint. Fun Guys concede this game to a sizable margin and are in 5th now.
