Div 1 is tight this season especially up top fo the rnaks with the top 2 teams trying to get a win this round and claim the top rank…the scene is set for next week as the ranks get an update and the leaders are declared! Top Gun Agents Crew taking out the regular season crown!
Chargers started strong and got the jump on Double Dunkers , who underestimated the accuracy of their opponent and copped a loss for it Tim S just too much experience shooting the 3 with 18 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Matty B weaved through the zone D with some nice footwork finishing on 16 points worth of buckets in the win. whilst on the other team, CJ just too much touch on the midrange shot with 20 points on the sheet , Peter T pitched in to add to the score with, 8 points but that wasnt enough to get his team over the line this time. Chargers and Double Dunkers have built a rivalry this season with some old school ballers facing off after playing each other more than20 years ago! It was the Chargers this time that got up in the early stages with some hot shooting from Tim who was getting open at will with some clean looks. Double Dunkers had their young gun CJ get extra active and bang down some pull up Js like Rip Hamilton keeping his team in the hunt for the lead. But Chargers were too good this time and the 3 ball was landing for them. They take the win and the 2nd place this season, a great season to the champs who look to take their momentum into the playoffs, Double Dunkers end up in 4th place after hanging around the top ranks all season!
Multiple Scoregasm gets the W in a much needed and hard fought versus The Bandwagoners , who underestimated the hustle of their opponent and copped a loss for it James & Aidan combined jersey numbers and scores to put in 20 points to shut the defense down. . Jay G pulling in much needed offensive rebounds as well as 16 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. Despite a good effort by the other team as Izaak W was hitting the midrange shot with some soft touches 16 points recorded by the bench , Josh H slotted in some 3s with some tidy finishes also to get 13 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Multiple Scoregasm were sper hungry this game, and the bigs were ready to eat glass and put some game controlling layups in giving the Bandwagoners the mission of playing catch up which was going well from three point land, the game getting close at the end till Jay G closed it out with a layup and gave Multiple Scoregasm a great double points win and the 5th rank this season whilst Bandwagoners just below in 6th spot and a playoff chance clinched!
Top Gun Agents Crew (TGAC) needed someone to step up and hit the game winner against Aces in this round which would result in a great match. Doug K had the licence to shoot and put them up to end on 13 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Brent H focussed on the W, summoned his hustle to put in work for 13 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Miles 10 & Ben let it fly and hit more than missed with 10 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Lachie played well as far as getting 9 points on the sheet . TGAC had some troops firing early, bu the ball wasn’t landing where it should and both teams taking a minute to warm into things. TGAC was in the lead by 5 points at the half, but Aces were still in it with the scores level with the last possession, only seconds left. A long pass inbound play ensued and landed in the hands of Edddiiieeee who calmly put in a baseline standing jumper which clinched the game and stole it from the Aces! TGAC taking the top spot from Chargers by winning the season series by 1 in their matchups, a great season to the merged team fighting for dominance in the stacked div. Aces go home early, but also know they have what it takes to push the top teams to their limits next season!
Div 2 has the top spot deadlocked at the top spot but the rest is separated well so the ranks only shift slightly on the bottom with some big wins by underdog teams! Whoopsy Fudge Stripes taking out the regular season crown!
The Whoopsy Fudge Stripes went back and forth but held the lead most of the game against Ultra Instinct and went back to the locker room with a solid Win. Liam C let it fly and hit more than missed with 19 points in the big dominating victory. . Paul R had the licence to shoot and put them up to end on 11 points to get over the line. but on the other side Jono C got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 23 points as he was operating in automatic mode , Jake P kept his eye on the hoop and ended up with 8 points together as they go down in this matchup. . Whoopsy Fudge Stripes taking the top rank this season behid ntheir patented extra active small ball lineup which they used to take care of Ultra Instinct this game putting in work on the fast break and smothering the ball handlers, they were tied for 1st on points but take the top spot on win %, well deserved Ultra Instinct had some big efforts from Jono who was putting gin work on the break and finishing strong in the lane to keep the score close. Whoopsy Fudge Stripes resisted the mid game run and took this one… Ultra is in 7th and keen for the playoffs!
Dream Team took the game second half from the Bricklayers and pushed it all the way to the end. Grant O beasted hard this game finishing on a great 13 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . Drew T just too much experience around the paint getting 12 points on the sheet even though from the other team, Nathan R first step too quick for the guard defense on top totalling 13 points but a loss unfortunately , William P getting stats from everywhere including 6 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Dream Team have had a good season and they use their inside outside attack tot dismantle the Bricklayers from the inside with Grant being a dominant force down low and Drew T with some saucy postmoves and footwork which sent the Bricklayers defenders spinning. Bricklayers end up in the final playoff spot in 8th and could surprise any team, can they defy the odds next week? Bricklayers had Nathan carry the load of the offense with some nice Js and drives to give the Bricklayers energy but just not enough to overcome the Dream Team who take the 4th seed!
Wyangal Pirates put the ball in the hot hand and summoned some clutch factor against Fighting Mongooses in a grind of a game coming right down to the last few minutes to decide the winner. Nick B just too much experience around the paint getting 13 points to get over the line. . Alex B Snapping the wrist to perfection finding the bottom of the net for 13 points worth of buckets in the win. the only resistance coming from, Matty B 10 & Wayne R played well as far as getting 10 points helping out with the teams offensive load. , Kane G the recipient of some nice extra passes for open shots getting him 10 points but a loss unfortunately . Wyangal Pirates fighting for the top spot and needed this one to draw up the ranks, Fighting Mongooses always tough on the inside, but Wyangal Pirates matched them with their versatile bigs and even the guards getting down low to scoop in some hook shots. Fighting Mongooses down by 2 at the half kept it close until near the end Rollo hit a huge 3 which put Fighting Mongooses up by 1. The next play Wyangal Pirates put the bal lin Alex Bs hands which hit a cold blooded 3 which notched the lead with almost no time left. Nandi H hit a big three but the siren had already sounded before it left his hands and the game was done! Pirates on top and come 2nd in the season due to a slightly lower win % after a solid season. Fighting Mongooses land in 5th spot after an up and down season for them.
Cream City ,right out of the gates, jumped on the Heat Check who end a good run of recent games, copping a slight loss this time. Trent F put in some big numbers and got the game high in points notching an impressive 30 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Tom M heat checked after hitting afew shots and kept going, owning this game with a great 26 points in this game. Whilst on the other team, Tyla T was unconscious and had no remorse for the defense piling in 14 points but a loss unfortunately , Adrian D got to good spots on the court and shot well with 11 points as he pitched in to add to the score. . Cream City came out to get some big time playoff momentum this game, and the undermanned Heat Check were just there to stand in their way as much as possible! And it was a great effort, Tyla hitting some threes to keep the score respectable and stop the huge scoring runs by Treant F and Tom who were on fire from everywhere…Cream City finish the saesaon strong and land just outside of the top 2 by 1 point. The 3rd rank for Cream City and Heat Check in 6th as we head into playoffs!

Jack S helped out with the load getting 9 point performance. simply taking over and stifling most of their scorers expect for, Jordan N let it fly and hit more than missed with 8 points recorded by the bench , Toby T getting stats from everywhere including 6 points but a loss unfortunately . Fighting Ducks had a late resurge this season and have finished strong especially in this game as they took out the Feel Team 6 with some big interior defense from L Maso as the guards got shooting and hitting their shots . Sam B pushing the drive again as Jack was hitting his sidestep mid ranger giving the top ranked Fighting Ducks the win! Feel Team 6 had Jordan do hard in the paint and keep his team in range but needed another guy to step up and get the same production or more to get over the Fighting Ducks keen to win it all! Feel Team 6 clinch the last playoff spot and look to face them again in a revenge match if they win next week!

Love Handles 6 game winning streak is over! After leading the league for the last few weeks and taking games with strong offense, they took on the lower ranked Fun Guys who have been building their skills for a while, now they are shooting more efficiently from all positions, Love Handles pretty much even with Fun Guys at the hald but a strong 2nd half from Justin F scoring 12 in the half to surge his team forward to victory and the 4th spot as they end their long regular season. Love Handles are in 2nd and only lost out by one point on the ladder!
Playoffs next week and it’s a predicted big matchup of rivals and revenge matches that will set the scene for an epic round of post season playoffs! Congrats to the teams tha made the playoffs and for those that didn’t, you get to rest early and start next season stronger!
