Div 1 had the matchups everyone was waiting for, the top teams face off and the the middle ladder gets a shake up too!
KillaBeez put the ball in the hot hand and summoned some clutch factor against Multiple Scoregasm in a grind of a game coming right down to the last few minutes to decide the winner. Andy K slotted in some 3s with some tidy finishes also to get 17 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Will G started scoring later in the game but ended up on 11 points worth of buckets in the win. whilst on the other team, Brayden N just too much experience shooting the 3 with 13 points on the sheet , Aidan Popping up some well timed floaters in the lane getting numbers, with 11 points but that wasnt enough to get his team over the line this time. Killa Beez get lucky on this one as they came back from being 10 down mid 2nd half to come back with some gritty D and a HUGE floater to win the game from Will G, So Cold! Multi Scorgs kept up the pace all game, leading the way for most of it and looked to get the W but they were undermanned inside as the paint was busy with KillaBeez swarming adnt he win! KillaBeez in 3rd and Multiple Scorgasms in 4th!
Top Gun Agents Crew (TGAC) got a good first ever win on the forever hustling Chargers in a back and forth game holding the crowd in suspense Brent H heat checked after hitting afew shots and kept going, owning this game with a great 22 points to shut the defense down. . Oscar S getting stats from everywhere including 18 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. Despite a good effort by the other team as Reggie K beasted hard this game finishing on a great 17 points recorded by the bench , Tim S pulling up Js from the around the paint and beyond resulting in 17 points helping out with the teams offensive load. TGAC keep getting wins as they slip into the number 1 spot after this game in the top of the table clash! It was just buckets back and forth! A lot of 3s from each side, and fast break action was at a high level! TGAC was able to close this one out late with a 6 points scoring run by Oscar getting the win and sending Chargers to equal 2nd!
Aces had better offense than the defense of their opponent, The Bandwagoners in a clinic, taking advantage of lesser defensive matchup. Fola with an epic performance and great score of 19 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Miles was heating up as he bagged 9 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Izaak W felt it was time to step up and got 8 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Ryan M 6 & edward A played well as far as getting 6 points on the sheet . Aces look good and started to get their runs going all game led by Fola on the scoring end and coupled with some big time defensive plays, they were able to hold the lead all game giving bandwagoners hell on the perimeter. The match was done and Aces get up big time and ride high with confidence going into the next round!
Div 2 had some results that were not predicted by the ladder as it formerly was, but it sure will effect them after these games and the ranks are shared in the top part of the ladder!
Cream City werent going to stand down against Dream Team who werent ready for them this game. Cody C finished the game with a commendable 10 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . Tom M9 & Ken N helped out with the load getting 8 points on the sheet even though from the other team, Nathan D beasted hard this game finishing on a great 11 points but a loss unfortunately , Drew T just too much touch on the midrange shot with 8 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Cream City just too quick on the drive and just enough defensive hustle to stop the Double dribblers from getting a run together. Dream team go down this game but sit in equal 4th after this one as Cream City sit in 2nd place!
BD Ballers just able to get the win by a bucket or so vs Wyangal Pirates in a grind of a game coming right down to the last few minutes to decide the winner. Cam B got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 19 points to get over the line. . Callum pitched in to add to the score with, 8 points worth of buckets in the win. the only resistance coming from, Sam B scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 13 points helping out with the teams offensive load. , Alex B got to good spots on the court and shot well with 11 points but a loss unfortunately . BD Ballers putting away the Pirates with some Cam B free throws right at the end of the game. Leading up to the that moment it was a back and forth game with neither team getting a big edge or momentum as the BD crew kept hammering the paint and putting in some big shots to charge towards the win this time. BD Balelrs in 3rd and Pirates in equal 2nd now.
Fighting Mongooses took the game second half from the Ultra Instinct and went back to the locker room with a solid Win. Zac head faking and luring the post D to one side then dropping many paint points in totalling 17 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Matty B kept his average up there for the season with a nice 12 points in this game. Whilst on the other team, Jono C had the licence to shoot and put them up to end on 12 points but a loss unfortunately , Jordan P got to good spots on the court and shot well with 12 points as he pitched in to add to the score. Mongooses are flying as they keep fighting for wins and hit 3 on their win streak after this matchup which was dictacted by the inside play and offensive boards, Zac was owning the paint and getting blocks and enabled the Mongooses to get the W andt eh 3rd rank. Ultra Instinct on a 3 game slide but in equal 4th!
The Whoopsy Fudge Stripes started strong and got the jump on Bricklayers and was victorious this round, thanks to some players putting in work. Paul R channelled Kobe and wanted the win this time, getting 21 big ones to conlclude the mission . Jack O got to good spots on the court and shot well with 8 points on the sheet which simply outscored the other teams leaders being, Nathan R pulling up Js from the around the paint and beyond resulting in 18 points recorded by the bench , Neale P got a few buckets to go helping out the team with 9 points helping out with the teams offensive load. Whoopsey got the big start again as they seem to find new skills each game to get win and this game was no different, with the Bricklayers hit by an loss of personnel but pushed through with some big threes by Nathan who was taking ankles in the process. Whoopsey still in 1st!

Generals have been blitzing things and this week was no different putting in a huge effort on the break and their shots were landing well especially on the break. Parrots were just short on a few plays and taking a personnel hit didn’t help as they fought o try and get control of the highly defensive game. Parrots in equal 2nd with Generals now as these teams looked forward to the next time they match up!
