4th place Kum Bucks took the game second half from the 2nd ranked KillaBeez in a game that had the winners go on scoring runs that werent answered in time. Top scorers in this game were, Jake E ( 24 ) top scoring for his team, & Doug H (16) & Johnny M ( 14 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Will P ( 16 ) , & Alex P ( 13 ) .
1st quarter Kum Bucks Starting the game off with great pace and some good looks as they got the advantage despite some slightly streaky shooting... Johnny got going right away dishing out dimes and getting eight points of his own in the quarter helped out by Dougie and Luke they had a six-pointed advantage going into the second quarter... Killabeez players started off shaky but had some good buckets from Alex P Who was trying to take control of the paint with some footbacks but it was hard going for them as they were heavily defended and looked to bounce back in the second quarter
2nd quarter KillaBeez Stepped up a little bit at the start getting some points from Andy K started operating download and was getting some success along with Will P He was starting to heat up with 7 points in the game so far...Ahmad did well to keep up with the transition defence and was looking for his three but everything was going the way of Kum Bucks as they extended their lead to a points by the first half siren... At this point the rebounds were controlled by killabeez But they also won in turnovers resulting in extra points for Kum bucks Who would start the second half confident and in control...
3rd Quarter Kum Bucks had Adjusted to the defence well, still scoring effecively, while Killabeez were trying to work with some different lineups to get some players going but they weren't able to get many looks as they threw the ball away too many times resulting in fast breaks for the other team. unfortunately ending the quarter down 18 points as the Kum Bucks outscored them in the third by 10 points... Everyone was getting going for them as Jake started hitting some big shots inside and out and Doug was making his mid-rangers as well as Owen, with so many options it was easy work for Johnny to distribute to them who had ten assists so far... Alex P continue to be the high performer for Killabeez As they weren't able to get much going... The fourth quarter was their last chance to make a run and find some miracle to come back..
4th Quarter KillaBeez hoped things would go their way...it Was about even on both sides with the almost 20 point gap in score The main task for Killabeez to cover Killabeez 2... Another trip to the finals and another loss for Killabeez, and the new champions Kum Bucks Are crowned for this season winning against a tough squad and doing it the right way playing basketball as a team and taking high percentage shots well done to Kum Bucks!
Top performers from Kum Bucks, Johnny M Who had 14 points and 15 assists a huge double double and rare one at that being the assist category hasn't seen a higher number in the finals, Owen put in 12 points Doug was able to get a solid 16 point, 8 rebound performance causing major problems for his opponent running around to his spots... Jake E was the MVP of this game with 24 points 8 rebounds on 50% shooting, a big night for him and great performance in the grand finals... Luke Rich also helped out big time as the big man inside collecting 10 rebounds and 6 points in the win
The KillaBeez also had some good stats, Andy K had 7 points 13 rebounds and 4 assists getting some good plays to land from good passes from his teammates, Alex P with a monster 13 point 12 rebound double double he was dominant inside and was a solid defensive stopper or game.. Ahmad Chris and Anesu combined for 15 points and Will P having a solid game with 16 points 5 rebounds and 3 stills putting in some big effort on both ends to try and bring the team back but it wasn't their night this time and they took the loss to a great team!

1st place Silly Salmons shot the lights out against a helpless 2nd ranked CBT in a game that started close but ended one sided. Top performers in this game were, Christian B ( 19 ) leading the way & Jesse O ( 17 ) . Their opponents had top scorers too, and they were; Andrew L ( 14 ) , & Todd V ( 12 ) .
1st quarter Silly Salmons Having a big challenge in front of them with CBT hungry to get this game and win their first Tuesday championship... silly salmons were hustling hard from the start as they kept up their usual tactics and looked for their three ball.. it wasn't landing yet but they found some success on the inside getting there forwards to cut and starting the scoring strong from Jesse and Christian you combine for 10 of the 14 points in the quarter as they equalled the stats of CBT for this 12 minutes despite CBT shooting slightly lower percentage-wise they also were able to get a good spread of points hitting a couple of threes and some drives inside and kept the game almost even with silly salmons being up by 1 point at the quarter...
2nd quarter CBT Kept on playing well but started to miss a few of their shots as the game clock ticked away and silly salmons took advantage of it grabbing the rebound and getting out on the break... The long-range shooting picked up this quarter for silly salmons as Sam T hit two big threes along with Tim H getting the advantage this quarter leaving them up by 11 points in the end of this 12 minutes.. Jesse and Christian still playing well and putting pressure on the defence as they passed and cut continuously to shift the defence... The fouls were a problem for CBT at this point as they had sent silly summons to the line which they took advantage of hitting 11 out of 13 which was a big factor in the score difference at this point... The first half was over and CBT had some work to do to get back in this game...
3rd Quarter Silly Salmons Weren't letting down and kept on finding their open shooters on the perimeter as well has hustling on the rebounds which was hard as Ash and Todd were extra active in the paint cuz they combined for 20 rebounds with Luka.. But they weren't picking up their field goal percentage resulting in an extra disadvantage in school after the 12 minutes despite some great scoring plays in the game so far from Andrew L and Todd V who had 23 combined at that point... Going into the fourth quarter someone needed to step up or the game would be done for CBT..
4th Quarter CBT Did what they could to try some new things and try their luck getting volume threes up but it just wasn't their night as the ball rimmed out and these silly sammons amped up their rebounding to almost spring the total game stats in their category to even... Silly salmons were grooving and nothing was stopping them this game looking like a polished did one squad already!! They continue to play till the very end and CBT put in what effort they could despite the growing score line and they were humbled defeat this game by and overpowered through that was not going to let anyone stop them this season in Div 2..
Top performers from Silly Salmons Jesse had 17 points 8 rebounds and 3 assists on 50% shooting..Butch slipped in for a few buckets with six points..Sam T I was able to find his range with a couple of threes to get nine points all together similarly Tim H did the same with 50% shooting from 3-point range and 9 points...Danyelle found some gaps down low and scored a couple of finishes down there and Christian B stepped up big time with 19 points and 7 rebounds on 45% shooting to lead the team with Jesse to a solid championship in a dominant way...
CBT also had some good stats, Ash was smothered but was able to get a good game in the paint with 10 rebounds to go with his six points... Todd the hit 12 points worth of buckets and five rebounds... Andrew L led the way with 14 points as he was aggressive on the offensive end..TJ V was looking for some dimes as he got three assists to go with seven points in the unfortunate loss for CBT

3rd place Team Payaman werent going to stand down against 1st ranked Globo Gym and was victorious this round, thanks to some players putting in work. Top point getters in this game were, Ivan C ( 36 ) leading his team & Sam Frey ( 13 ) . The other teams' top scorers were; Aiden ( 18 ) , & Blake ( 10 ) .
1st half Team Payaman Wanted to come out strong and with a statement scoring run but it was slow going for both teams as they both warmed into it but Team Payaman warmed up quicker as Sam F was efficient on the inside with 9 points and 9 rebounds and almost first half double double as he was the resident big man for this small ballin ... Ivan was sitting on eight points so far as he was definitely looking for his shot... Christian was hitting his jump shot and got to his spot a couple of times for four points as the boys led by seven points at the end of 20 minutes...
Globo Gym spread the scoring but had a few unfortunate misses as this first half went down but Aiden was able to get 6 points and 5 rebounds but was heavily defended on his drive... Jacob was doing his best inside with four points to go with his six rebounds hitting 67% of his shots so far.. Blake started to get to the line as he drove hard against the zone D with 5 points so far.. the rest of the boys unable to get much going at this point but looked towards the second half to make their scoring run and try and get control of this game again
2nd half Globo Gym Had a good scoring run in this half as they were able to summon up some good energy and found the ball going to Ayden on the break who was scoring well and put in 12 points in the half to try and bring the boys back but even with Blake's extra 5 points and Mitch who threw in a couple as well it just wasn't enough to come back and cover this gap to combat the hot shooting from the other team...
Team Payaman we're getting the ball to Ivan the whole game and he was on a mission and looked possessed as he got his shots up to score an extra 28 points in the half piling in threes and put back twos to to get to the line and go off in this half... Sam did his thing download and was getting rebounds to create more shots for his team and that worked well with Christian and Nathan running around looking for each other in their favourite spots to get jumpers up from... Things were going well all this half and the 20 minutes ended with a 20-point gap in school as Globo Gym weren't able to find any solutions despite some extra buckets to stop scoring runs in this half from Blake and Jacob...
The first ranked Globo Gym Go down to a big shooting performance and they held their heads high as they looked in next season to the back in the first rank and complete the dream season with a championship
Top performers from Team Payaman were Nathan getting five points to go with his eight rebounds and Christian was able to get his jumper going and a couple of great finishes on the break with eight points and three assists in the win.. Sam F did his job to perfection with a huge 13 point and 14 rebound double double to go with five steals on 55% shooting a great performance from a major factor in this win... But the MVP and the big mention goes to Ivan C who scored 36 points 11 rebounds on 35% shooting..
Globo Gym also had some good stats, Aiden went off and scored the team high in points with 18 to go with his five rebounds on almost 50% shooting a great performance to lead the team and try and bring them back.. Jacob M did really well as you enter the game late but was still able to get 7 points and 8 rebounds as you tried to get the boys more involved... Jaden H was doing his best to find his scorers and the intangibles made a difference helping out Sah and Blake and Mitch with some well time to passes to help them score but they went down this game as the ball just didn't bounce their way...

1st ranked Parrots started strong and got the jump on 2nd place The Prawns and it went to plan as they got a W on the backs of their scorers. Top scorers in this game were, Doug D ( 17 ) getting the team high in points & Tye P ( 16 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Noah B ( 13 ) leading his squad , & Chris O ( 9 ) .
1st half Parrots Starting off the game with some strong moves inside as they did not rely on their 3-point art to try and bury the prawns at the start...Tue P was unstoppable to start with going for a perfect 5 out of 5 in the half to get 10 points and lead the crew and snatch the momentum straight away... Nick D started heating up with four points as did Doug D who was a beast inside already giving the Parrots a 9-point lead after 20 minutes of play
The prawns were looking for their shooters and doing what they could inside off some slip cuts... This half a few players got going with Noah starting things off strongly with four points and five rebounds and Stefan B was cutting well and had great hands going to the rim with 5 points so far Jason K and Chris both hit three pointers which helped out but they needed a bit more in defence to stop the momentum and the scoring runs by parrots... Both teams stats just about even but prawns had more assists however they also had 13% less in field goal percentage
2nd half The Prawns Looked like they were going to make a run as a few buckets went down but then they were met immediately with a barrage of points from the ridiculous game that Tye P was having as he added to his first half performance with another six points in the half as did Nick D... Sam T stood out this half with seven points of his own but the biggest outlay of points came from Doug D who was able to smash in 13 points in the when by dominating the paint and collecting some nice passes after sealing down low...... By the end of the game it was all parrots with a big half from them finishing with an extra 10 points to their advantage equalling the championship win for them this season back-to-back building on last season's win and look forward to the new challenges in the higher division
Top performers from Parrots Nick D had 10 points and has been playing consistently scoring well all season..Tye P with the epic finals performance of 16 points on 90% shooting ...a co MVP performance as he has been slowly increasing his powers all season to be ready at this all important game... Sam T helped out all over the court with 9 points and 6 rebounds... Jack Grant was a beast on the boards and look like a young Dennis Rodman out there pulling in 11 rebounds helping his crew big time getting defensive stops down low... Doug D was happy with his performance as he shot 64% from the field scored the game high 17 points and 6 rebounds to go with his three assists a truly all-round LeBron game that is worthy of a MVP!
The Prawns also had some good stats, Noah B looked like he was in playoff form with an impressive stat line of 13 points and 12 rebounds to go with his 5 assists to seals and two blocks a great all-around performance from the point guard as he got others involved like Chris O who started off streaky but got a couple to go in the end with 9 points and 6 rebounds Stefan played well with 7 points and 5 rebounds on 60% shooting.. also Jason & Benton also helped out with a combined six points...
Congrats to Parrots ! Div 4 Tuesday Champions! Parrots Go home with back-to-back wins in the championships and were humble in winning and great team to play for all who played them...
