DOUBLE POINTS round for all Divs as the next week we switch up the divs and matchup the skills more evenly!
Div 1 was packed with blockbuster games and all the drams of the most competitive and high skilled Div in UBL, the elite face off and the ranks switch up again, whos ballin at a high level this round?
Hogz took the game second half from the MIB and luckily scraped up a solid close out victory Azza P got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 28 points to ensure they get the win this round. Elliot J just too much experience around the paint getting 12 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. whilst on the other team, Dan B got to good spots on the court and shot well with 17 points on the sheet , Omar N scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 12 points together as they go down in this matchup. This game was too good, the first half looking lie MIB might have the number on Hogz, but that wasn’t the case, everyone expected the 10-0 run in the 2nd half which Hogz always get and build on to close out the game, and it came and MIB were helpless to stop them as their legs ran out and the shots were just short, Hogz still undefeated and number 1 in the div.
Bombers grinded out a win in back and forth match vs Splash and pushed it all the way to the end. Jed P couldnt miss much as he led his team with 19 points to shut the defense down. . D Lemme was shooting well from deep with 17 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. Despite a good effort by the other team as Christian slotted in some 3s with some tidy finishes also to get 11 points recorded by the bench , Paul G 7 & Adro G played well as far as getting 7 points helping out with the teams offensive load. Bombers getting the job done this time pushing the teamwork angle by whipping it around to the open shot, and they had enough touch to land more giving them the win over the Splash crew who have been getting a balanced result lately.
Shooters got a good win on the Streetfighters in a grind of a game coming right down to the last few minutes to decide the winner. Jeremy B beasted hard this game finishing on a great 18 points to lead to victory. . Jake L focussed on the W, summoned his hustle to put in work for 12 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Ethan L got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 24 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Andy K slotted in some 3s with some tidy finishes also to get 9 points on the sheet . The game of the night with two great teams with similar structure, the younger Shooters ran the ball up quickly and released quick on outside shots, using a mid 2nd half run to close the gap of the consistent inside play of Streetfighters coupled with some nice treys to stay in control. But in the final moments the Shooters got some go ahead free throws to close the game out despite a great rush in points from Streetifghters on some broken plays. Shooters ins 2nd and Streetfighters need a win streak.
Div 2 was lit and was going all out with the eager ballers pushing their plays up the court to get more buckets and more wins on the board.
Yo Mambas had its sights set on Lobstars in a clinic, taking advantage of lesser defensive matchup. Ali M with an epic performance and great score of 28 big ones to conlclude the mission . Jake C channelled Kobe and wanted the win this time, getting 22 points on the sheet even though from the other team, Doug K played well as far as getting 5 points but a loss unfortunately , Kaden H 4 & Darcy J ended up with an efficient 4 points helping out with the teams offensive load. Mambas looking super strong, as they put work in against the lobstars who just cant get a break lately and this game they saw the Mambas charge at them from all angles and shot types, just a little too much this time as we approach the div switch!

Killa Beez getting their fast break on lock and their defensive tactics in line to rise up and overcome the high rank Mates who just fell short of the mark despite some nice kick around passes to get some open 3s that found the mark, a good high rank team matchup.
BUCKETS ,right out of the gates, jumped on the Yeah the Boys and was able to get the much needed win. Anthony G focussed on the W, summoned his hustle to put in work for 15 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Jon C had the licence to shoot and put them up to end on 14 points in this game. Whilst on the other team, Daniel was heating up as he bagged 10 points but a loss unfortunately , Luke M 5 & Chris O played well as far as getting 5 points as he pitched in to add to the score. Buckets using their unside play to get the job done again against the mid range strong YTBs who just well short on the defensive end due to the size difference, but they hustled hard and kept in it at times, but succumbed to the bigger Buckets!
Div 3 is about to get a shake up as the results are in for the Div switch which may see the division expand as teams put in work for the final push.
The Kents started strong and got the jump on Fumblerz , who underestimated the hustle of their opponent and copped a loss for it Chris W focussed on the W, summoned his hustle to put in work for 14 points to get over the line. . Cam F 5 & Nick J played hard and got the same score on the sheet, with 5 points on the sheet which simply outscored the other teams leaders being, Dave G getting stats from everywhere including 10 points recorded by the bench , Neale P was feeling good with 6 points helping out with the teams offensive load. Kents on top of things and able to get a quick W on Fumblerz who pushed the mid range and tried to get the ball inside to their bigs, but the 3 wasn’t falling to give them a boost, and Kents patented fitness and extra active defense outlasted them as Kents sit in number 1 spot still.
Bohica Traded buckets most game, but kept a nice buffer all game to close it out vs Prestige WORLDWIDE in a highly defensive game. Jayke Z let it fly and hit more than missed with 14 points to ensure they get the win this round. John J helped out with the load getting 9 points to get over the line. simply out working the other scorers being, Jarod F scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 14 points in this game. , Daniel C 5 & Hayden A played well as far as getting 5 points in the loss . Bohica with a solid win this time as their buckets were landing this time around, pushing up the ball and letting their guards run the floor they also splashed in some treys to take the lead and 2nd place in the div, Prestige looking for a streak to boost their ranks as the mid season hits…
