WEDNESDAY ROUND 13 is done and theres more reason to check it out and subscribe as we saw some more upsets from lower ranked teams sneaking a win in on the top dogs…Some other matches were normal as dominant teams dominate!
Div 1 had some blockbuster matchups, pretty evenly matched all around with who rocked up so it was due to be a good round!
Showtime Shooters werent going to stand down against MIB and was victorious this round, thanks to some players putting in work. Jake L got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 30 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Brooklyn C pushed the break and went home with a tidy 13 points worth of buckets in the win. whilst on the other team, Dan B just too much experience around the paint getting 26 points on the sheet , Jack H slotted in some 3s with some tidy finishes also to get 10 points but that wasnt enough to get his team over the line this time. Shooters get another one to go and keep the league on notice as they put work in, Jake L has been Kobe-esque all season, putting gup some big numbers, and this one was all Jake L as he led the Shooters on the charge many times. MIB did well too, as Dan B got his left hand to heat up and put in many scooping layups to frustrate the Shooters defenders. MIB sit in 4th spot now and Shooters 1st on the ladder!
Bus Drivers shot the lights out against a helpless Yo Mambas and pushed it all the way to the end. Jerome T couldnt be stopped this game, and couldnt be contained, the D had no answer as he scored a whopping 28 points to shut the defense down. . Blake was stroking it with ease from all parts of the arc. 12 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. Despite a good effort by the other team as Jarryd T couldnt miss much as he led his team with 21 points recorded by the bench , Jake E 12 & Oscar S got good numbers and scored well to put in 11 points helping out with the teams offensive load. Bus Drivers looking to rise up and challenge the best of the div and they take Yo Mambas to school in the 2nd half, warming up slightly in the first it was only a matter of time till Jerome T heated up and busted some moves to get hella buckets and put the Bus Drivers in a good position to stop the Yo Mambas from stealing this win. Yo Mambas in 6th and Bus Drivers sit in 5th after this one.
Streetfighters took the game second half from the Hogz in a grind of a game coming right down to the last few minutes to decide the winner. Lachy CR channelled Kobe and wanted the win this time, getting 30 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Ethan L weaved through the zone D with some nice footwork finishing on 20 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Aaron P scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 18 points worth of buckets in the loss.. , Johnny M slotted in some 3s with some tidy finishes also to get 13 points on the sheet . Hogz 5 game winning streak is over as the Streetifighters lead the season series now beating Hogz in their last 2 matchups with each other. This matchup is a possible grand finals preview as the rivals take on each other with a few key pieces out from each squad, but it was an evenly matched game with the Hogz leading most game, 2nd half Streetfighters took the lead for a moment, then lost it, then got it back and controlled the pace till they won by a handful of points. Lachy CR putting in numbers this season and this 30 point match was solid for Streetfighters, as they welcome back Ethan to the fold with a win on the mighty Hogz who still sit above them in rank (2nd).
Div 2 matches were 11+ if you were putting money on the margin, and it was a multi worth taking but the results were unexpected and that shook up the ladder for this week!
THE Bombers started strong and got the jump on Killa Beez in a game that had the winners go on scoring runs that werent answered in time. Dan M & Ivan combined jersey numbers and scores to put in 19 points in the big dominating victory. . Jed P 14 & CJ played hard and got the same score on the sheet, with 14 points to get over the line. but on the other side Wayne J got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 26 points as he was operating in automatic mode , Johnny 12 & Dan B kept his eye on the hoop and ended up with 11 points together as they go down in this matchup. Bombers getting busy on all parts of the court as 4 players scored double digits in the big win on the depleted Killabeez. Bombes outran and outnumbered Killa Beez and despite some big shots by it kept the game within reach until late in the 2nd when the lead was expanded on and Bombers took the W and move up to the higher rank.
BUCKETS shot the lights out against a helpless Sugar Dunkertons who end a good run of recent games, copping a slight loss this time. Jake B beasted hard this game finishing on a great 15 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . Jack S was hitting the midrange shot with some soft touches 9 points on the sheet even though from the other team, Adam 6, Jake 6, & Paul pitched in to add to the score with, 6 points but a loss unfortunately , Eric had his ducks in a line with a great game on 5 points helping out with the teams offensive load. .BUckets end their 3 game losing streak with this win. Sugar Dunkertons looking to rebuild their chemistry as they work with a new look squad who just clicked a little too late to keep this game close against Buckets who were executing their offence well. Jake B getting some step up 3s and Js, plus to go some Jack S jumpers all doing the trick this time. Sugar Dunkertons spread scoring effort not enough this game. Game. Buckets.
Bohica knew what they had to do against CBT in a game that had the winners go on scoring runs that werent answered in time. John J got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 25 points to get over the line. . Muz O was shooting well from deep with 11 points worth of buckets in the win. the only resistance coming from, Emre H getting stats from everywhere including 9 points helping out with the teams offensive load. , TJay V played well as far as getting 8 points but a loss unfortunately . Bohica have been solid last few games and this one took CBT by surprise, as the guards got out on the break, JJ having a big game doing huge work on both ends with limitless energy causing issues for CBT who usually get the ball in easily but Bohica weren’t stopping all game making CBT force some low percentage shots. CBT go down this time as they couldn’t fire up their shooters in time to catch up Bohica mid ladder but ready to keep this streak alive and rise up!
Div 3 ladder only had 2 teams sharing a rank now as the ladder seems split into 2 within itself, the top 4 teams within 4 points of each other as we head into the next round.

DinoScores had some work to do this game as Nate D was just on fire and not stopping all game, hitting jumper after jumper after 3! It took the DinoScores a big defensive effort to limit the rest of the TFC crew and try to keep their scoring constant and take this win. Jason K was big this game for his team as the ball was falling well for him helping the DinoScores to 3rd place after this win.
Fumblerz took the game second half from the Bricklayers couldnt stop the unselfish offense they were faced with this game. Danny B couldnt miss much as he led his team with 16 big ones to conlclude the mission . Jacob H pushed the break and went home with a tidy 11 points on the sheet which simply outscored the other teams leaders being, Jordan M scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 12 points recorded by the bench , Jake E got a few buckets to go helping out the team with 7 points helping out with the teams offensive load. Bricklayers 3 game winning streak is over as the top of the table clash in this matchup with the mighty Fumblerz who have been unstoppable this season. Currently on an 11 game winning streak, their only loss was ages ago and this game was physical with Bricklayers getting heated and doing everything they can to rattle the Fumblerz. Danny B led the way again to keep the flow of points coming in to overshadow Jordan Ms strong game from Bricklayers. Fumblerz still in 1st place by a mile and Bricklayers also hold their rank at this time.
PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE started strong and got the jump on Savvy Suns in a game that started close but ended one sided. Jarod F beasted hard this game finishing on a great 12 points to ensure they get the win this round. Jono 7 & Jack felt it was time to step up and got 7 points to get over the line. simply out working the other scorers being, Jim 4 & Kane M played hard and got the same score on the sheet, with 4 points in this game. , Sam 4 & Steve scored well with 3 points in the loss PRESTIGE Worldwide end their 3 game losing streak with this win. Prestige Worldwide were hungry this game, and wanted to eat, they ate points, and ate up the rebounds too as they forced Savvy Suns to run back to stop the break which got them many points to get ahead of Savvy Suns who have been a little hot and cold with their results this season. Savvy Suns hit some nice shots and 3s but needed more D to keep this one winnable. Prestige Worldwide in 4th and Savvy Suns in 6th.
Ballers matched up well against Degen Kings and luckily scraped up a solid close out victory Ivan C couldnt be stopped this game, and couldnt be contained, the D had no answer as he scored a whopping 25 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . Austin B ended up with an efficient 12 points in the big dominating victory. combining for a a good total to out do the eventual defeated, whos scorers were; Kiel C couldnt miss much as he led his team with 19 points but a loss unfortunately , Dan M let it fly and hit more than missed with 18 points worth of buckets in the loss.. Ballers get their way with this game as the emotions ran high for all with both teams swiping and collecting contact the Degen Kings pushed the ball to the 3 points line and were able to get a few put backs to keep ahead at times, but Ballers have been doing this too long and put some pressure on Dan M who was Heating up like an Air fryer from outside the arc, getting 4 point play then a 3 to catch the Ballers slipping. Kiel having one of his best games this season too. But late in the 2nd Degen Kings let some oppourtunities go by and Ballers fouled Bernie in Bonus, Bernie stepped up and burned the Degen Kings with 2 ice cold free throws to win the game! Ballers in equal 3rd and Degen Kings in 5th!
