Div 1 this round had the top of the ladder switch up a little as the Hogz retake the 1st place rank and some big scoring outputs in another game!
MIB with a huge comeback win being down most of the game against Bus Drivers , who underestimated the hustle of their opponent and copped a loss for it Seth , a huge huge night with a rarely seen display, possible UBL career high! 39 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Sam M played well as far as getting 11 points worth of buckets in the win. whilst on the other team, Jerome T with an epic performance and great score of 23 points on the sheet , D Lemme ended up with an efficient 9 points but that wasnt enough to get his team over the line this time. MIB were keen to play this game against Bus Drivers who bring an unpredictable style of ball every game. Bus Drivers were up after some nice passing and shooting first half by 6 points and looked to build on the lead, but MIB had a different idea, Seth going on a tear this game with a huge 39 points to bring them back in the game..with 21 points in the 2nd half, overshadowing the solid game by Jerome T who has his eye locked into that rim and put in buckets only to go down this time to a greater performance in the 2nd half when Bus Drivers fell apart, some players getting frustrated and losing the momentum. Bus Drivers in 5th and MIB in 4th.
Hogz werent going to stand down against Showtime Shooters and it went to plan as they got a W on the backs of their scorers. Nate P put in some big numbers and got the game high in points notching an impressive 21 points to shut the defense down. . Joe P was heating up as he bagged 16 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. Despite a good effort by the other team as Jakiah Snapping the wrist to perfection finding the bottom of the net for 15 points recorded by the bench , Jimmy 7 & Jake L pulling in much needed offensive rebounds as well as 7 points helping out with the teams offensive load. . Hogz looked to put up some threes and started off slow, the Shooters snipers getting busy, Jakiah hitting 4 threes to keep up with Hogz ranged attacks, which put them up 9 points at the half. This carried through to the 2nd half, the Shooters just unable to get a run together to catch the crafty Hogz who rise back up to the 1st rank and Shooter in 3rd.
Div 2 had some new matchups with some old faces, some old moves, same old hustle, but the fans love it, as the div1 D-league teams get their game time in to work up to the first division, whos playing well?
THE Bombers grinded out a win in comeback win vs BUCKETS in this round which would result in a great match. Jed P put in some big numbers and got the game high in points notching an impressive 27 point game to contribute to his teams effort. . Dan M slotted in some 3s with some tidy finishes also to get 14 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Anthony G was unconscious and had no remorse for the defense piling in 26 points worth of buckets in the loss.. Wade D 8 James H felt it was time to step up and got 7 points on the sheet . Bombers have had their sights set on the BUCKETS as they looked to keep their 5 game win streak going was they rise every so steadily into the top ranks. Bombers were down almost 15 at one points, with teh BUckets getting their way on the inside. But that didnt last long as Bombers big time put some work in and fed Jed inside who is a powerhouse in this division, coupled with Dans big bombs of his own from outside, translated to a win for the 3rd place Bombers. BUCKETS had been riding the hot streak by Giggz and this game was no different, but he needed last weeks performance to get this one in the bag,.
CBT had better offense than the defense of their opponent, Sugar Dunkertons and was victorious this round, thanks to some players putting in work. Todd V pulling up Js from the around the paint and beyond resulting in 19 points, a much needed performance as they won the scoring matchup against the other teams leading man. . TJay V ended up with an efficient 12 points on the sheet even though from the other team, Jack B let it fly and hit more than missed with 19 points but a loss unfortunately , Adam M pitched in to add to the score with, 9 points helping out with the teams offensive load. CBT snap a 5 game losing streak! CBT were hungry to get some action 2nite, and they did,as they faced the Sugar Dunkertons who have been rebuilding chemistry since their personnel change recently, and had some great plays come off, indicative of the good things to come. CBT were on a losing streak that they are not accustomed to, and it was unlucky that Sugar Dunkertons were the opponent and copped the L for it. Sugar Dunkertons in 3rd spot and CBT in 4th.

Ballers gets the W in a much needed and hard fought versus TFC in a game that started close but ended one sided. Austin B couldnt be stopped this game, and couldnt be contained, the D had no answer as he scored a whopping 29 points to ensure they get the win this round. . Russ F finished the game with a commendable 20 points in this game. Whilst on the other team, Dave T & Ben H in a great team effort, scored the same amount with 12 points but a loss unfortunately , Craig M weaved through the zone D with some nice footwork finishing on 8 points as he pitched in to add to the score. .Ballers have been ballin lately and its all behind the big efforts of Austin B who has been offensively unstoppable last few games, and this game the TFC crew had some good buckets and great stops, but just not enough of both to overcome the Ballers’ strong scoring night. TFC take the L and desperately want their negative streak to end soon! Ballers in 3rd place looking poised for a launch to the top spot!
Fumblerz was ready this time around for Savvy Suns in a physical matchup that will set the tone for next time. Neale P beasted hard this game finishing on a great 15 big ones to conlclude the mission . Fumblerz are on top and loving it, the top team with a 13 game win streak is looking to be the team to beat this season, but they are only ahead by 3 points on the ladder, so anything an happen! Savvy Suns the late entrant have been still working their way around to see how the other teams play, and this time the Fumblerz were just too overloaded with talent, Neale P a menace in the paint, not allowing Savvy Suns to get unanswered buckets. Fumblerz take this one and Savvy Suns are in 7th for now.
