3rd ranked Streetfighters started strong and got the jump on 1st ranked 50 Shades of Klay in a game that had the winners go on scoring runs that werent answered in time. Top scorers in this game were, EJ L ( 26 ) top scoring for his team, & Will P ( 20 ) . The opponents top scorers were; James L ( 23 ) , & Jake E ( 20 )
1st quarter Streetfighters started things off with some tough Js from jake L and Ej starting warming up with some fast break points to clinch a 4 point lead by the end of the quarter. 50 Shades of Klay had Jake E start to light up the 3 and inside for some contested shots from the big Streetfighters defenders. 50 Shades of Klay having more luck from 3 at this point in the game.
2nd quarter things started getting hot for Streetfighters . Jimmy L started to put his head down and light up the arc with 3 threes in the quarter, trying to stop the scoring runs which were coming fast. Brodie and Balin had combined for 12 so far in the game helping 50 Shades of Klay keep the lead withing striking distance of 10 points as they went into the 2nd half with Streetfighters in control by 14 points. Will P was on fire this quarter making all the right moves giving his team a good buffer.
3rd quarter Streetfighters wavered a little, chillin a bit after a good lead was established, and in this quarter Jake E and James kept putting pressure on, scorig and keeping the score within a come back window. the scores were pretty much even this quarter, 50 shades with more turnovers by 3 but the rest of the starts pretty even. Streetfightersup by only 13 as the final 12 mins played out.
4th quarter 50 Shades of Klay did what they could to keep putting up 3s to try and catch up, but Streetfighters scorers answered back every time, keeping the same lead and finishing out the game with some strong D to stop any chance of 50 Shades of Klay coming back in and stealing this win. Streetfighters outlast 50 Shades of Klay and keep their 10+ buffer to snatch another chip in the hardest Div in UBL Wollongong!.
Streetfighters had some good performers, . Ej L with 26 points and 7 assists. Will P with 20 points 3 steals, and Jake L on 14 points and 3 steals.
50 Shades of Klay had some big plays and scoring from James L with 23 points and 4 assists on 47% shooting. Jake E on 20 pointes 5 rebounds, and Brodie pulled in 14 rebounds to control the glass for the team and help with the effort.

Watch DAWGS vs CIRCLE DIRK!

4th ranked Dawgs werent going to stand down against 2nd ranked Circle Dirk and pushed it all the way to the end. Top point getters in this game were, Roe Epe ( 22 ) leading his team & Sean Delaney ( 17 ) . The other teams' top scorers were; Luke Hatchy ( 18 ) , & Scott Murphy ( 12 ) .
1st quarter Dawgs were looking to get the ball tot heir scorers in the righ spots, Todd B and Sean D started things off with some hot shooting from the wings and near the paint, as they were able to get others involved and get a 9 point lead by the end of 12 mins, all other stats even. Circle Dirk had Scotty start well with 4 points and 4 rebounds but they were not having a good start shooting wise with only 18% from the field so far. Dawgs in control going into the 2nd.
2nd quarter Circle Dirk tried their best to put up some 3s and catch up, but their woes continued and only Hatchy was able to get some shots to go from the mid range as the 3s just werent falling for them on this night. Dawgs getting ther sniper Roe to start hitting his smooth J, going for 15 points so far, Sean D helping out with his own makes with 14 so gar. The boards belonged to Dawgs also as thy win that category by 6, the score was 20 points difference going into the 2nd half.
3rd quarter Dawgs kept going to their shooters and were able to keep things giong as they had all game, punishing the D with mid rangers and put backs by keeping active on the glass, at this point it would take a huge effort by Circle Dirk to get back into the game, Hatchy looking to spark a run with some big 3s, but the others werent getting ,much doing as the clock ticked down to 0 for the quarter with Dawgs up still winning the quarter by 9.
4th quarter Dawgs let go of the gas a bit and were able to let Circle Dirk back into the game a bit, a big run by Circle Dirk capping off a 17- 9 quarter which was close to sometimes amazing but fizzled out as the time ticked away. Circle Dirk running out of clock to mount a comeback and went down to Dawgs this game.
Dawgs had some good performers, . Roe E with 22 points 9 rebounds and 7 assists, Todd B with 13 points 11 rebounds and 7 assists, and Seran D with 17 points 5 rebounds on 54% shooting!
Circle Dirk had some big plays and scoring from Luke H on 18 points and 10 rebounds, a solid double double, and Scott M who also notched a Double Double with 18 and 10 in the loss.

1st ranked Only Franz took the game second half from the 2nd ranked Green Goblins couldnt stop the unselfish offense they were faced with this game. Top performers in this game were, Fletch R ( 19 ) leading the way & Jaz M ( 13 ) . Their opponents had top scorers too, and they were; Lonhro Tweddle ( 18 ) , & Pete Tweddle ( 15 ) .
1st half Only Franz starting strong this game as they get Jaz M to put on the boosters early and get running and driving to amasss 9 points in the quarter and 5 rebounds. Johna nd Fletch combined for 12 doing damage from all over the court for Only Franz who had the lead by almost 10 after the end of this quarter. Tim M looked to have a big shooting night from beyond the arc and started off well with 2 mad threes in the quarter to lead the teams effort. Lonhro also pitching in with 5 to help stay within striking distance in hopes of a quick run in the next half.
2nd half Green Goblins were able to make a few scoring runs and looked to get back in this one, but Only Franz scorers werent letting it happen, by putting work in to keep the buffer and outlast them all game. Fletch R came alive in the 2nd half as he escalated the effort to clamp down and secure this win. Only Franzleading in rebounds, by 7 by the end of the game, the rest of the start pretty even despite Green Goblins going to the line more. Only Franz get te job done as they take their first title!
Green Goblins had some good performers,Lonhro T had 18 points hitting 4 three pointers in the game when they needed it the most and led the team in scoring, Peter T also did well, a monster, 15 pt and 14 rebounds game that showed his experience. Tim M shot well from 3 and helped out with 9 points.
Only Franz had some big plays and scoring from Fletch R wh ohad 19 points and 7 rebounds. Jaz M with 13pointrs and 9 rebounds, and the team won the boards by 7!

2nd ranked Sugar Ds went back and forth but held the lead most of the game against 1st ranked Southcoast Ballers in a grind of a game coming right down to the last few minutes to decide the winner. Top scorers in this game were, Dylan Thornton ( 13 ) getting the team high in points & Paul B ( 10 ) . The opponents top scorers were; Marvic Zabala ( 13 ) leading his squad , & Rem ( 11 ) .
1st half Sugar Ds werent doing their best on both ends and didnt see the ball go in much, the Southcoast Ballers were on the other hang, warmed up and ready to go with Marvic boosting the squad with 8 points in the half, Rem helped getting to the line and forcing Sugar Ds to defend his mid range jumper. Mark and Jacob went for 8 combined in the half which all added up to an 4 point lead after 20 mins. Sugar Ds having some work to do to bring this one back into control. Jake G was the leading man for them at this point with 7 points but they all needed to step u in the 2nd to save all hopes of getting the job done!
2nd half Sugar Ds dug deep this half, and Dyland T came to life, going hard in the paint and getting to the line to make extra point and chances for his team. Paul B was also activated as he dropped 11 points in the game so far and 10 rebounds to help inside especailly on offense boards. Sugar Ds going on a 26 to 18 point run, outscoring Southcoast Ballers by 8 in the quarter. Delivering the win late in the game and getting the win by 4 points!
Sugar Ds had some good performers, .Dyaln T with 13 points 8 rebounds, Paul B with 11 and 10 both with double double which was huge in the win. Jake G with 7 points and the team won the boards by 5.
Southcoast Ballers had some big plays and scoring from Marvic on 13 p oints and 5 rebs. Rem hit the 11 point mark and Oliver was a beast on the boads with 12 rebounds and 5 points to help with the effort.
