Div 1 welcomed Splash and Black Cats from Div 2 and the first games would be a preview to the upcoming clashes of teams going for the title!
Hogz knew what to expect when they faced Black Cats in a game that started close but ended one sided. Nate P was unconscious and had no remorse for the defense piling in 24 points to ensure they get the win this round. Johnny M felt it was time to step up and got 14 points worth of buckets in the win. whilst on the other team, Sam B couldnt miss much as he led his team with 18 points to go. Liam C was feeling good with 9 point game this time around. Hogz sit sit comfy in 1st place as they welcome Black Cats to Div1 with a loss but its wasn’t so clear cut as the odds suggested, Black Cats keeping the Hogz on their toes answering a lot of 3s, but Hogz prevailed in the 2nd as always!
Bellambi Bombers grinded out a win in back and forth match vs Skyhookers and treated it like a playoff game Andrew B , a huge huge night with a rarely seen display, possible UBL career high! 35 points to shut the defense down. Luke A also helped out in the win with 10 points to ensure they get the win this round. Despite a good effort by the other team as Ed B with an epic performance and great score of 31 points recorded by the bench , Macka R kept his eye on the hoop and ended up with 11 points helping out with the teams offensive load. Bombers getting a win on a strong team in the Div with a great game from both sides, but Bombers had a bit extra as Boj got a huge game this game to outshine Als almost big night from some crazy sidestepping 3s, Bombers in 3rd!
Showtime Shooters matched up well against Splash and was able to get the much needed win. Brooklyn G was stroking it with ease from all parts of the arc. 18 big ones to conlclude the mission . Jake L pitched in to add to the score with, 11 points worth of buckets in the win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Lachlan E had the licence to shoot and put them up to end on 21 points worth of buckets in the loss. Chili played well as far as getting 6 points on the sheet . Shooters snap a 6 game losing streak with this solid win…The balanced attack of the 3 from shooters kept the lead most of the game and was able to keep it with some good stops, Splash unable to keep the pace this time and went home with a loss and sit in 4th, Showtime in 5th..
Streetfighters wins a resounding victory over the unlucky BUCKETS who struggled to break the defense to get buckets. Mitch D played well as far as getting 15+ points recorded by the bench . Nitro & Trev who ended up with an efficient 12+ points from all over the court. but on the other side Anthony G led all scorers on a solid 25+ points as he was operating in automatic mode , Jake B played well as far as getting 10+ points together as they go down in this matchup. . Streetfighters get away with one as the late surge from Buckets almost got some momentum to the finish line, but Streetfighters turned it on and gapped them in the last few minutes, Bucekts in 6th and Streetfighters in 2nd…

Fumblerz just short by a bunch of points for a win on the Ballers who were ready for them this game. Danny B getting stats from everywhere including 26 points to ensure they get the win this round. Another win for Prestige to stop a negative streak, Bohica copped t this time as they were unable get some big threes to land, but some very tiday break and teamwork from the boys…good matchup close…
The Mates werent going to stand down against Fireballers and it went to plan as they got a W on the backs of their scorers. Lachy CR getting stats from everywhere including 17 points to lead to victory. The Mates are in 1st spot and sitting 1 rank above their defeated foe this time, but only by 1.5 games, its anyones game in Div 2 now, FireBallers in 2nd now and go down to the Mates, missing out on some crucial stops to get their momentum…
