Andy King UBL Wednesday

SEason 15 Tips off for Wednesday and its a warm up round with some new teams in the mix and some old teams bringing in new talent that could sway the tides in their favour and rise above the favorites..

Streetfighters took on the Black Cats in a back and forth game holding the crowd in suspense Mitch D beasted hard this game finishing on a great 27 points to get over the line. Trevor S focussed on the W, summoned his hustle to put in work for 19 points worth of buckets in the win. whilst on the other team, Sam B , a huge huge night with a rarely seen display, possible UBL career high! 30 points on the sheet , Liam C had his back with a 21 point game this time around. Sooo close, the 4v4 matchup an epic game of streetball full court and the 1v1 matchups were good, Black Cats missing on the last 3 attempt to win it, great battle!

Bellambi Bombers took the game second half from the MIB and set the tone from the start, big mentions to the performers in this game. Dan M 11 & Dan L in a great team effort, scored the same amount with 12 points to get over the line. Pete played well as far as getting 11 points to get over the line. Despite a good effort by the other team as Omar N let it fly and hit more than missed with 22 points recorded by the bench , Luke V pitched in to add to the score with, 13 points as he played his role well and got buckets. Bombers off to the races with a win on a depleted MIB crew, but next time they meet will be inetersting, big plays and some new matchups, rivalry in the making!

Skyhookers liked the matchup with Splash in a grind of a game coming right down to the last few minutes to decide the winner. Doug H was unconscious and had no remorse for the defense piling in 18 big ones to conlclude the mission . Macca R also helped out in the win with 12 points to his name as he helps lead the boys to a much needed win. Which for this game outshines the effort of, Christian kept his eye on the hoop and ended up with 22 points, getting some fadeaways to fall to contribute to the result. Chili played well as far as getting 7 points to end his game . SKyhookers hungry and got to work slashing and streaking down the court, Splash kept up, not holding back and the game was too close again, great game to watch with some fresh plays to close the game out from SKyhookers. Mad Rep offense!

Cam B got the game high in points outscoring everyone with 20 big ones to conlclude the mission Conor P Snapping the wrist to perfection finding the bottom of the net for 18 points on the sheet even though from the other team, L Herron pushed the break and went home with a tidy 31 points which was required to keep up in this hectic game. B Herron had his back with a 13 points as he pitched in to add to the score. . Mates getting hot from mid range and 3 whish gapped the 2 point getting Fireballers by that little bit by the end, a great first game for Fireballers, welcome to Wednesdays!

The Fellas got a good win on the Fumblerz and pushed it all the way to the end. Ziv led all scorers on a solid 30 points hitting some ridiculous shots. Grady H felt it was time to step up and got 22 points on the sheet the only resistance coming from, Nitin A played well as far as getting 19 points from all over the court. Dan Barbz played hard and got the same score on the sheet, with 18 points in the loss . Down on numbers, Fellas balled out and got stats, Fumblerz unable to get the runs going in a good way and payed for it in the end with an L . Fellas look dangerous, watch out Div 2!
PRESTIGE WORDLWIDE had better offense than the defense of their opponent, The Bandicoots who werent ready for them this game. Josh 8 & Daniel had the licence to shoot and put them up to end on 8 points to ensure they get the win this round. Josh R pulling up Js from the around the paint and beyond resulting in 8 points in this game. Whilst on the other team, James C scored well but it wasnt enough as he notched 12 points, needing a few more to scrape the W. Mitch was feeling good with 7 points as he pitched in to add to the score. Close game, James missing the 3 right at the end over some stifling defense…a great back and forth game, matched up well on all fronts.

Official season start next when the wins are counted! Stay on point!
